The ScholaGH parent portal lets a verified parent or guardian follow their child’s school life from any phone or computer. Everything is read-only and private to you.
Attendance
See whether your child was present each day, and get an alert if they are marked absent so you can check in.
Results and report cards
Once the school publishes a term’s report cards, you can view your child’s results, grades, and position.
Fees and payments
View invoices and any outstanding balance, and find the school’s Mobile Money and bank details for paying. You are alerted when a new invoice is issued.
Getting started
Create a parent account, then link your child using their admission number and the guardian phone number the school has on record. Once verified, your child appears in your portal.
